Have you been to your first festival of the year yet? Or have you got one of the most coveted tickets of 2016 for Glastonbury? The big one opens it’s gates tomorrow! Which is your favourite Festival – quirky & laid back Latitude, seriously hip Lovebox or down & thumping Reading? Whatever your taste in music we have definitely got it covered in the UK and I think we’ve got the event set-up nailed. I’ve never been to a Festival anywhere else in the World but I do think the UK event organisors have definitely learnt and improved immensely over the years. So what do you wear?
For me there has to be boots or wellies (usually worn to arrive, can’t be arsed to carry them) even if the forecast is relatively dry it can always get boggy in certain areas, so I just prefer to keep my feet covered. I haven’t totally decided on which boots for this year yet, here are some options …
Then I’ll take sandals and flip flops. I’m very loyal to Havaianas when it comes to flip flops – these are my all time favourites …
I like to take some stylish sandals to match a pretty outfit (I can’t slum it in jeans and T-shirt the whole time, it’s just not me). Obviously not heels but a nice pair of wedges like these works well with giving me some height and I love this real sunshine colour.
They would look great with this cute little frock from Animal:
Hope you like my choices, what are you packing? I would seriously like to know what folks are planning on wearing this Summer Festival season?
